This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased from EverQuill.
General Shipping Terms
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. The actual delivery of your order is dependent on the availability of our third-party shipping carriers.
Shipping Providers: We utilize a variety of carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and others) to provide the best service and pricing options. The specific carrier used for your order will depend on factors including the destination, package size, weight, and the most efficient available service at the time of shipment.
Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and displayed to you at checkout. These charges cover not only the carrier's fee but also all associated costs for order fulfillment, including packaging, processing, and handling. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any changes will only apply to new orders placed after the change is posted.
Order Tracking: In most cases once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Estimated Delivery Time: For most shipments within the United States, delivery typically takes between 2 and 7 business days from the date the order is shipped. However, please allow up to two (2) weeks for delivery. This is an estimate only and is not a guarantee. Delivery times can be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
International Shipping
Regional Variation: Shipping availability, costs, and delivery times for international orders vary significantly and are entirely dependent on the specific region and the selected shipping provider.
Estimated Delivery Time: International delivery can take over one (1) month from the date the order is shipped, depending on the destination, the selected shipping provider, and customs processing times in the destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for any customs, duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the recipient's sole responsibility. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process.
Shipping Liability
Once an order is transferred to the designated shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss for all products pass to you (the purchaser), as detailed in our Terms of Service. We are not liable for any shipping or delivery delays, nor are we responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
